Galería Vanguardia presenta la obra de Rut Olaba
rri y Eduardo Sourrouille, por primera vez juntos en
 esta exposición en la que podemos ver, fotografía,
 pintura y textil.
 Trece abrigos tejidos con objetos atrapados entre la
 urdimbre y la trama son la excusa para esta serie de
 retratos de carácter intimista que intimidan, inquietan,
 confunden…
 Lo familiar,  lo entrañable, es el refugio, el cobijo, la
 estancia más interior y oscura en la que se habita y 
desde ahí se muestra, se representa, se viste y recibe,
 se reencuadra para que (no) lo veamos.
 Lo oculto se revela; lo oculto relacionado con lo intimo, 
lo familiar, lo sagrado; lo que no se muestra pero
 está, lo siniestro.

Vanguardia gallery presents the works of Rut Olabarri
 and Eduardo Sourrouille together for the first time
in this exhibition in which we can see photography,
paintings and textile. Thirteen woven coats with
 objects trapped between the warp and weft which
 are behind this series of intimate portraits that are 
disturbing, intimidating and confusing. The familiar,
the endearing. It is the refuge, the shelter the most
 intimate and dark instance in which it resides and it
 displays itself fromthere. It represents itself, it dresses
 and receives, it reframes so that it may be witnessed 
even more. The disguised is revealed, the disguised is
 related to the intimate, the familiar, the sacred which
 is unwitnessed but exists, the sinester.
