Wildpalms

Dusseldorf

Wildpalms was founded by Alexandra Meffert and Jorge Sanguino in order to promote the processes of pollination between artists from Latin America and North America with Central Europe.

The focus is on artistic practices that work with communities, in particular indigenous communities and environmental issues. Through curated exhibitions, wildpalms has gained recognition from local institutions. A central part of our work is the dissemination of current Ibero-American aesthetic discourses through seminars and the publication of articles and podcasts.
